I took a clearer photo of my bottle green nupastel drawing, directly above. The drawing at the very top was done with charcoal and the two below it were done with conte. I'm trying to give charcoal a try. It seems to have a more "realistic" tone and it's easier to erase, but the drawing almost disappears when I buff it out so I have to be a lot more careful at that stage. I'll stick with it for a little while, but I may end up going back to the conte.
